Arkady Polishchuk, Dancing on Thin Ice reviewed in East-West Church Report

Scott Lingenfelter recently reviewed Arkady Polishchuk’s memoir, Dancing on Thin Ice: Travails of a Russian Dissenter, for East-West Church Report, which covers religious and academic news in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Summarizing the text, Lingenfelter writes “consisting primarily of dialogue, this first-hand account of human-rights work in the Soviet Union and beyond casts a zoom lens over the tens of thousands of people who were denied the  right to emigrate.” He notes Polishchuk’s sense of humor and states “Dancing on Thin Ice reminds us that colorful compatriots may also be found in the Kingdom.”
